United Nation - Declaration on the Rights of Disabled Persons
United Nations - Declaration on the Rights of Disabled Persons
Documentation produced by the United Nation for Human Rights stating that disabled persons have all "the fundamental freedoms and in the principles of peace, of the dignity and worth of the human person and of social justice proclaimed in the Charter." That would seem obvious. It is scary to note that in the 21st Century, such documentaion is needed at all. It looks like we have a long way to go before "liberty and justice for all" is more than just a phrase to be memorized by children.
